Plate Type Heat Exchanger

Sinomarine deliver plate type exchanger assembly in customers requirements. We offer heat exchanger assembly in replacement solutions, to replace old defective one, saving cost of replacement and maintenance.
Spare parts are also available for heat exchanger delivered by Sinomarine, such as titanium plate and rubber gasket, to ensure maintenance of delivered heat exchanger in long terms.
For the rubber gasket and titanium plate, we can glue together as a pre-assembly with production line in factory before delivery. Vessel needs only install the pre-assembly on the plate cover. This can make sure stable performance after installation.

Shell&Tube Type Heat Exchanger

Materials of heat exchanger are very important. The insert tubes/plate/baffles could be easily corroded and leak. Sinomarine choose “HSn62-1”, “Cu/Ni(90/10)” etc. with better heat-stable materials, to extend the delivered heat exchangers longer servicing period.
